Payment Agreement
I accept the terms of enrollment as stated in the School’s Policies & Procedures. I understand that all tuition and fees will be charged at the time of registration. I understand that the $20 Summer Registration Fee is non-refundable and that refunds for Summer 2013 tuition are not available after May 1, 2013 for any reason, including but not limited to absence, relocation, or dismissal from the School. I understand that a student will not be registered or allowed to begin classes until this agreement is signed/submitted and full tuition has been paid.
