Repertory Ensemble – Pre-Professional Division
Students in the Intermediate and Pre-Professional Divisions are eligible to participate in the Student Ensemble performing companies. Students work with a variety of choreographers who challenge them in classical and contemporary works. Members of the Student Ensembles are able to take their training outside the classroom through a variety of performance opportunities including North Carolina Dance Theatre sponsored events and educational outreach presentations in the community. The NC Dance Theatre Repertory Ensemble is an honor company with SERBA, an affiliate of Regional Dance America. Annual participation dues help cover choreography expenses and the cost of costume construction and maintenance.
