Once enrollment is submitted, a School administrator will contact you to set up payment. Click here for more information on tuition and payment options.

Annual Tuition Payment
  • Multiply the monthly tuition amount by 9
  • No administrative fees apply
  • Tuition paid in full by September 1
Semi-Annual Payment
  • Multiply the monthly tuition amount by 4.5
  • Paid by September 1 and January 15
  • $5 administrative fee charged at time of payments
Monthly Payment  (if you would like to set up monthly bank draft payments please contact the school administrator)
  • 9 payments from September 1 – May 1
  • Paid by automatic credit card or bank card deduction
  • $5 monthly automatic withdrawal fee
  • $10 monthly check fee if paying by check
  • $10 late fee after the 5th of each month

Payment Agreement
I accept the terms of enrollment as stated for the upcoming school year in the School’s Policies & Procedures. I understand that my obligation to pay tuition, administrative and other school-related fees is unconditional and that no portion of such fees paid will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, relocation, or dismissal from the School. There are no tuition credits. The student will not be registered or allowed to begin classes until this agreement is signed/submitted and tuition has been paid. A student will not be allowed to participate in classes on the Monday following a missed payment. If a payment is missed, a late fee will be charged after the 5th of each month. The student may resume classes as soon as the balance is paid. A written notice must be submitted to the School Director 30 days in advance of withdrawal from the program. Tuition fees will be charged on the first of the month prior to the date of withdrawal.

Mandatory Waiver
I recognize that my or my child's attendance and participation may expose him/her to risk of injury or harm. I accept this risk and agree that North Carolina Dance Theatre, North Carolina Dance Theatre School of Dance and its staff will not be held responsible should such injury or harm occur.
